Sean is a realtor "extraordinarre" - he acted as a project manager for a house that had been decimated and saw it turned into a respectable and sellable house. He guided the process, provided access to other professionals and started the marketing process well in advance of the project being ready to go to market. Sean was well aware of the market conditions and pricing and suggested a price that was more than I thought we could achieve. Within 2 weeks of the house being ready for sale he produced a cash buyer (at the listing price) and the transaction closed within a reasonable time period.
