Great availability, knowledgeable, and what he doesn't know he will surely look for the best answer. Not only did he come to each meeting but he asked questions in our best interest that we didn't know ourselves. He's straight forward with his work and can also point you in the direction of other home associated resources to explore. All around invite him to family dinner type of guy. If you are looking for a realtor to make you feel like he was buying the house for himself, look no further.

He also held to try to sell the house. I can't tell you how much help he was in know what to update or prep and what not to do so we didn't spend money we didn't have to. If I lived in the Virginia area I would use him to find me a home because he looks for the right fit for the people. He is a concerned individual when it come to sell your home or helping you find a new one or both.
